Bring your team together for a transformative 2.5-hour retreat inspired by the CATCH Peace Plan: a community initiative designed to foster unity, wellbeing, and equity. Hosted at our vibrant Creative Studio, a converted double-decker bus at CATCH, Leeds. This workshop invites your team to step out of the office to reflect, connect, and get creative. Together, you will explore what peace looks like in your workplace and build your very own Team Peace Plan to take back to the office. The Framework: Explore the four core themes of the Peace Plan to build a healthy, supportive work environment: Peace Within Ourselves: Personal resilience & wellbeing. Peace With Others: Empathy & strong peer relationships. Peace For Our World: Environmental sustainability. Peace Through Justice: Equality, diversity & inclusion. The Experience: 30-Min Peace Talk: An inspiring introduction from the CATCH team in the Peace Sanctuary or our creative bus. 90-Min Creative Workshop: Collaboratively build your bespoke "Office Peace Plan." Plus, each team member will decorate their own wooden peace dove to keep as a daily reminder. 30-Min Farm Tour: Unwind with a guided tour of the CATCH educational farm (meet the llamas, alpacas, goats, and chickens!). Team Building with a Social Impact: 100% of the profits go directly to The PIECES Project and CATCH Leeds. Booking this experience funds creative workshops for young people and supports a youth-led organisation combating division. It’s the perfect way to fulfill CSR and CPD objectives while investing in staff wellbeing.
