Creative
Wellbeing Workshops

Taking time to focus on a hands-on creative task helps to manage anxiety, reduce restlessness, and lower overall stress levels. In these sessions, participants can explore the benefits of creativity

for mental health.

Depending on your group's goals, we can focus on:

Practical Wellbeing Tools: Creating items designed to support daily mental health practices, such as affirmation boards or mindfulness focus tools.

Creative Relaxation Products: Allowing participants to simply enjoy the process, have fun, and take a creative break by making beautiful seasonal decorations, wreaths, or homeware

Mini Creative Enterprise Workshops

If your support group or charity is looking to fundraise, our Mini Enterprise Workshops are the perfect solution.

In this session, participants will customise and add value to pre-made, laser-cut products made from recycled wood.

Your group can then sell these beautiful, finished products at community events or craft fairs to raise money for your organisation!

It is a fantastic way to bond as a team while generating real profit for your cause.

Creative Workshops for Adult Support Groups & Charities

While The PIECES Project is deeply passionate about unlocking the potential of young people, we know that adults need dedicated spaces to recharge, connect, and process life's challenges just as much.

Creativity is a powerful tool for mental health and community building at any age. Whether you run a local support group, a parent-carer network, or a mental health charity, our workshops offer a safe, therapeutic, and welcoming environment for adults to focus on themselves—or even raise money for your cause!
