What’s Included: A fully self-sufficient setup: We bring our own heavy-duty gazebo, tables, and chairs. Two dedicated creative facilitators to manage the station, keep the area tidy, and engage with busy crowds. All materials provided: sustainable laser-cut wooden shapes, professional paint pens, and protective table covers. Zero cost to your attendees, providing a high-value, inclusive experience that boosts footfall and increases "dwell time" at your event. Important Booking Info: * Setup Requirements: We simply require a flat 3x3m pitch space to safely secure our gazebo. Duration: This booking secures our team, equipment, and materials for exactly 8 hours of live event time. Please note, we arrive 90 minutes before your slot for setup.
