The Creative Enterprise Competition is a six-session, hands-on programme that introduces young people to entrepreneurship through creativity, teamwork and sustainability. Participants work in teams to customise products, create branding and marketing strategies, and sell their products with the goal of generating the highest profit. Each team sells 20 products, tracks costs and revenue, and reviews financial results — gaining real-world business experience along the way. The programme builds confidence, communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking, while encouraging collaboration and leadership. All teams keep the profits they make and can choose whether to reinvest, donate to charity or fund a shared reward. Designed for ages 10–18, the Creative Enterprise Competition is ideal for schools and youth organisations seeking an engaging extracurricular programme that develops employability skills and inspires future career pathways. Every participant receives a certificate highlighting the skills they’ve gained.
