Service Description

The Creative Enterprise Challenge is our flagship immersive workshop programme, giving young people a real-world introduction to starting a product-based business. Designed for ages 10–18, this hands-on experience blends creativity, sustainability and enterprise. Working in small teams, participants respond to a sustainable design brief, developing a brand, product, marketing concept and start-up business plan. Using reclaimed materials, they gain practical experience in product design, graphic design and laser cutting, alongside essential business skills such as costing, pricing and profit. The programme culminates in a live pitch to an expert panel of entrepreneurs — a “Dragon’s Den”-style moment that builds confidence, communication skills and ambition. Teams may then go on to sell their products and keep the profits they make. The Creative Enterprise Challenge supports teamwork, problem-solving, leadership and self-belief, while raising aspirations and opening young people’s eyes to future career pathways. Every participant receives a certificate highlighting the skills they’ve developed, supporting employability and CV building. The programme can be delivered in schools or youth organisations during term time, or as an enriching extracurricular experience during school holidays. Suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities, including SEND groups. Contact us to book.
